*My family had the best time in this house. We actually felt more at home in this house then any other house we have stay at. My kids also loved the pool too. We spent most of our time in there. You are also close to EVERYTHING!! Walmart is like a mile from the house and Disney is like 10 minutes. We liked that Disney was that far away but yet close enough. So we didnt have to be bug with the traffic and everything. Thanks again Linda!! WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN!!

* My family and I, shared this home with my friend and her son. It was great! Not only was it clean, but big enough for all of us to feel comfortable and not like we were in each others way. It was very nicely decorated and the kids loved the themed bedrooms! The game room was also a big hit with the adults, and it was great to have the amenities of home. So much better than a cramped hotel room! The 10 minute drive to Disney allowed us to come home for mid-day naps, before going back to the parks for the evenings. Plenty of places to eat and with Walmart 2 miles up the road, we never needed to worry about not having something! We were very nervous about renting a vacation home and after a lot of research, Linda's properties were by far a great value and exceeded expectations. We will certainly be looking forward to getting in touch with her again for our yearly Disney trip! Thanks again Linda!

*This was a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed it very much. This place was clean and well maintained kept in touch with owner through e-mails she was always fast to answer any questions. The property is layed out very well wonderful pool, air hockey and pool tabele. All you have to bring is your clothes everything else is provided.Very close to attractions we went to Sea World which is very close and Busch Gardens is about 50 miles away. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family. You will not be disappointed in your stay in this vacation home.

*I am just writing to say THANK YOU for the beautiful home we rented in Clermont Florida! Our family had a great vacation, and enjoyed many things to do in the Clermont area.
Your house is beautiful and we certainly enjoyed the freedom of a kitchen and private pool!

*The house was just like the picture showed. Plenty of room for two families. Nice kitchen filled with all that you need to cook your dinners. Sweetbay, a grocery store right next to the house. Walmart just a few blocks. Easy access to the freeways. Not a single problem getting to the parks. (Bringing your own gps tracker helps) We even had the local girls a few houses down come over and visit our girls. It was a very comfortable and nicely decorated home. I have a friend going soon, and I will recommend this house for her stay. Thanks for taking care of all our crazy questions in a timely manner. The weber family

* This house was GREAT! Very roomy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was also VERY clean, which is very important to me. Kids enjoyed the pool, even though it was somewhat chilly!

* This is a great house for families. We have rented about 13 houses in the past 16 years in this area and this house was one of the best. IT'S CLEAN! You can swim, play pool, ping pong, or air hockey. They put up a child proof barrier around the pool which we really appreciated. Stores and restaurants were easy to get to. The rental management staff is really easy to contact. Overall I'd give them 10 stars out of 10. There is a store called GameFlix down across from Joe's Crab Shack that rents games for the GameCube system. Also the neighborhood clubhouse loans out dvd's for a 10 dollar deposit. Take the new west entrance off 429 to Disney. No traffic at all. We also used it to get to Universal. 192 down by Disney can back up. So can I-4 during rush hours.

* We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. The home was beautiful, clean, and came fully equiped with everything we could possibly need. Plus there was plenty of room for the whole family. The Spa was really relaxing in the evenings as well! Thank you so much!
